Rubber-Ceramic Liners

Rubber-ceramic liner is a wear-resistant product based on high-strength elastic rubber with ceramic plates vulcanized in it. Rubber-ceramic liners are designed for protection of equipment against hydroabrasive and dry wear; they are resistant to impact loads because of the high hardness of ceramics and a dampening layer of rubber.

Fields of use

Mining of minerals (discharge chute, distribution chute, baffles and impact plate, bunker and bunker conveyer bushings, hoppers and regenerators, storage with a belt conveyer, coal feeder, coal hopper), coal industry, port industry, steel industry and cement plants.
