Beyond Grate Space Liners

The main purpose of space beyond grate is to remove pulp from the mill which is done by means of a box structure consisting of rubber-reinforced elevators filled with pulp. There are two options for arranging the space beyond grate: either with radial elevators or with turbo elevators. The capacity of turbo elevators is from 10 to 15% higher than that of radial elevators.

Field of use

Grate-discharge ball mills, wet autogenous grinding mills, wet semi-autogenous grinding mills and semi-autogenous grinding mills.
