About us

Quartz Trade House, JSC is the biggest manufacturer of wear-resistant industrial rubber goods (IRG) for mining and processing industry, cement and construction industries. Our vast experience of designing fixtures and manufacturing large-sized IRG together with great intellectual, technical and production potential enable us to complete unique turnkey projects at a high technical level. We see our mission in solving our customer’s tasks for protection of equipment against abrasive wear using modern technologies and innovations.

Company history

1997

Company registration. Starting the production of rubber liners for ore-pulverizing mills.

2000

Manufacturing rubber lining plates for spiral classifiers.

2003

Starting the production of moulded rubber liners for raw mills. Entering the market of Ukraine.

2006

Shipments to new partners of the Company in Siberian and Far Eastern Districts. Entering the market of Kazakhstan.

2009

Shipping the first set of fully-moulded L-shaped rubber end plates. Partnering with companies from the Republic of Armenia and Tajikistan.

2012

Starting to implement the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system in the Company.

2014

Commissioning the 1st rubber mixing line. Manufacturing the 1st set of the rubber-metal liners. Delivery of new products to the market.

2016

Entering the market of Bulgaria.

2017

Commissioning the 2nd rubber mixing line. Marketing connection pipes with replaceable rubber liners for all types of mills.

2021

Commercial production of rubber-reinforced elevators for mills with the diameter of 8,500.
